The Act or Agreement of Cession is the assignment of estate to another entity. In international law it commonly refers to estate transferred by treaty. So that defines Сession as "a surrender; a giving up; a relinquishment of jurisdiction by a board in favour of another Company. At the same time assigning his right this is the Assignor, acquiring this right - the Assignee.

The Assignment Agreement may be drawn up by the sales agreement, however, in any case, for legitimacy, the subject of transfer must be determined:

• under what contract are the rights transferred;

• on what period;

• what volume.

At the conclusion of the Assignment Agreement transmitted original documents substantiating the debt, including previous agreements of cession of the debt.
