The present Contract (Agreement) contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all representations, prior agreements (oral or written) in connection with the matters which
are the subject of the Contract excluding commission agreement with Trefina Verwaltungs AG.
Each Party acknowledges and represents that it has not relied on or been induced to enter into the Contract by any representation, warranty or undertaking other than those expressly set out in the Contract. A Party is not liable to the other Party for a representation, warranty or undertaking of whatsoever nature that is not expressly set out in the Contract excluding commission agreement with Trefina Verwaltungs AG.
