No notices or communication with respect to the employees shall be effective unless it is given in writing and delivered or sent by electronic mail to the Head office at the address set out in the Contracts (or such other address as employee otherwise Notifies the Company). If no such address is set out, any notice or communication shall be delivered to a Company’s or Representative’s registered address. Notices sent by electronic mail shall be deemed to have been received upon completion of successful transmission to the recipient except that any electronic mail transmitted on a Business Day shall be deemed to have been received at 09:00 that Business Day, if transmitted prior to 09:00 on that Business Day.

Trefina Verwaltungs AG provides a Partners with commission payments in accordance with the terms of the Assignment Agreements only.
